"*Update* What Tyler fails to note on his response that I asked for help multiple times and they never provided it. I was a customer for almost 10 years and they canceled my policy (and didn’t even notify me) because their own payment systems are out of date. Look at the response and ask yourself if this is the customer service you want when things go wrong. If they can’t handle updating an expired card, how on earth do they help with anything else?

Do not use Tyler Sweigart. They can’t even handle a payment update so, how on earth do they help when something actually goes wrong?

I have been a customer for almost 10 years and they canceled my policy without notifying me.

They updated their app and I needed to update my card info, but I had been a customer for so long that I didn’t have an account on the app. I asked for help and didn’t get it, so they canceled my policy and didn’t bother to notify me.

I would go with someone who can handle a simple payment update for a decade-long customer before I’d trust them with anything that can go wrong in life."
